Diamonds policy
 

Appointments
 • By booking an appointment, you automatically agree to this salon policy.
 • Appointments can be booked via the booking link and squeeze in thru Instagram DM.
 • Please arrive on time for your appointment, not earlier than 5 minutes.
 

Deposit
 • A non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment.
 • The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment price.
 • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.
 

Cancellation Policy
 • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance, use the deposit once to change by cancelling 24 hours before the appointment.
 • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.
 • Any outstanding payments must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.
 

Squeeze-in/ weekend Appointments
 • If no availability shows in the booking link, a squeeze-in may be possible.
 • Squeeze-ins can only be requested via DM.
 • A €15 squeeze-in / weekend fee applies on top of the treatment price.
 

Payment
 • The remaining amount must be paid immediately after the treatment (cash or payment link).
 • Payment requests for outstanding payments must be paid direct.
 • Payments made by bank transfer will incur an additional €2.50 fee.
 

Preparation
Please arrive with clean lashes
 • No mascara
 • No makeup residue
 • No oil-based products
 • If cleansing is required, a €5 cleaning fee will be added.
Refill should be topped up between 2 and 3 weeks, 40% of the lashes should be present. after 3 weeks it’s an new set required.
 

Late Arrival
 • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled as there is not enough time to complete the treatment properly.
 • The full treatment price (100%) will be charged.
 

Liability
 • The salon is not responsible for allergic reactions, premature lash shedding, or damage caused by not following aftercare instructions. No money will be refunded, the lashes can be removed free of charge or diamondslashes will do the treatment again.
 

For any concerns or complaints, you must contact the salon within 72 hours of your appointment. After 72 hours any touch up will be charged.
 

Other
 • Children and extra guests are not allowed in order to maintain a calm and professional environment.
 • Lash extensions from another salon will not be filled, a new set is required.
