Spots
Bookings spots open every 20th of the motnth - set your reminder!
Rescheduling & cancellation
The costumer must report rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment at least 48H before the appointment.
Late policy
The costumer shouldn’t be present 10 min earlier.
If you are 10 minutes late, €5 will be charged
The appointment will be canceled after 15 minutes.
By no show Diamonds lashes will charge a late fee. By not paying the no show fee you will be blocked for appointment in the futher. By making an appointment you agree with the policy.
each appointment includes a lash bath. Please note a minimum treatment time of 90 minutes.
during your appointment, feel free to request:
- Playing your own playlist
- Listening to a podcast
- A 'silent appointment' (treatment in silence)
- a charger, if needed
